High-temperature galvanisation
The high-temperature galvanisation service is currently the most modern and effective method of ensuring corrosion protection of goods responsible for safety and operating with high loads. We perform coatings compliant with the following standards: PN-EN ISO 1461 and ISO 9001:2015. At the client’s request we adapt the process of quality control to their specific requirements.
Stability and repeatability of processes
All key technological processes in our galvanisation plant are automated. They are controlled with a computer system for the monitoring of parameters, which ensures the best possible stability and repeatability of the processes. Such work environment allows us to complete orders for the most demanding sectors: automotive, railway, machines and construction.
In addition, the technological line is equipped with a galvanising centrifuge with galvanising robot, which also allows for galvanisation of small elements like bolts, anchors, chains, clamps, etc.
